This session surveys preaching methods that create open pathways challenging you to influence, to build, and to encourage those around you towards becoming leaders, especially those who have been overlooked. We will use "bridge preaching" as a powerful metaphor to communicate the utility of preaching to move believers from a place of inactivity to a place of leadership influence in their church, community, or workplace.
